Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and goal-oriented Digital Production Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of digital creativity and technical expertise, with a keen eye for detail. You will play a pivotal role in interpreting project briefs, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all digital content adheres to brand standards.

Job Description

What You Will Be Responsible For • Interpret project briefs and proactively set up workflows for success. • Collaborate closely with brand designers, product teams, and developers to ensure cohesive project execution. • Maintain brand consistency, production quality, and brand guidelines. • Design layouts using existing assets and templates while adhering to project guidelines. • Edit, resize, and version layouts as directed by internal teams or clients. • Finalize various formats of supplied artwork and address any production-related issues. • Prepare and optimize images for online and mobile applications. • Edit and create short-form content for paid social media using existing assets. • Catalog and reference artwork for future projects to streamline workflow. • Troubleshoot and improve production opportunities as they arise, collaborating with the creative team and external vendors. • Stay updated on new production techniques and industry trends through research and professional development. Skills and Experience Required • Minimum of three years of experience as a digital-first creative professional, preferably within an agency environment. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro, as well as Microsoft Office. • Experience in delivering digital campaigns across multiple platforms. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. • Experience with photo retouching is a plus. • Motion graphics skills are a plus.
