Job Summary

The Pre-media/Imaging Specialist provides support of daily operations for the Grey Dog Media in-house pre-media department. This role, working alongside the Director of Pre-media, will manage pre-press needs arising from departments including, creative, marketing, design and editorial to ensure file accuracy, color accuracy, photo manipulation excellence, creative consistency and production efficiency across all projects Grey Dog Media produces.

Job Description

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field; or the equivalent training and experience to provide the requisite skills • Must have strong knowledge of, and experience in, Photoshop retouching and color correction • Solid understanding of print and prepress specifications • Problem-solving, interactive approach to design • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Strong attention to detail • Able to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment • Able to balance multiple priorities and demands simultaneously • Maintains a positive attitude, even while working under pressure • Able to work collaboratively while maintaining high standards • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Web/Interactive Design, and Microsoft Office preferred
